ATTENTION ADVERTISERS: The struggling economy has made business tougher than usual for many of us during the past year. We understand that the cost of your advertising is a very important issue. For that reason, The Daily Pennsylvanian is freezing most of its advertising rates for the 2009-2010 school year! Our local and University open and contract rates remain the same, as well as our color rates.
