(News) Yesterday morning, a lucky group of children, parents and campers came face-to-face with some of nature's most frightening animals and emerged from the experience as knowledgeable as they were unscathed. "Animals with Bad Reputations," presented by the Academy of Natural Sciences' "Academy on the Go," was the first event in the Penn Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology's Summer Wonder 2009 series of programs.

Poe will take a leave of absence from Penn and continue her studies in the Philippines, her native country.
